Your appointment may be rescheduled in full at no additional cost. • Between 48–72 hours’ notice 50% of the appointment value is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be carried over and used toward a future appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend The full cost of the appointment is forfeited, and no credit can be carried over.
