All appointments require full payment in advance at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling • More than 72 hours’ notice No charge applies. Your appointment may be rescheduled in full at no additional cost. • Between 48–72 hours’ notice 50% of the appointment value is forfeited. The remaining 50% may be carried over and used toward a future appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend The full cost of the appointment is forfeited, and no credit can be carried over. Refunds No refunds are issued under any circumstances. All payments are non -refundable and may only be transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
