Payment & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require full payment in advance at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Due to a consistently full diary, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. I regularly turn away other clients once an appointment is booked, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments cannot be refilled. This results in a complete loss of income for that time slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• More than 72 hours’ notice
No charge applies. Your appointment may be rescheduled in full at no additional cost.
• Between 48–72 hours’ notice
50% of the appointment value is forfeited.
The remaining 50% may be carried over and used toward a future appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend
The full cost of the appointment is forfeited, and no credit can be carried over.
Refunds
No refunds are issued under any circumstances. All payments are non -refundable and may only be transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
These policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect the sustainability of the business, and respect the time allocated to each client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Must have patch test prior to 72 hours of appointment
Treatments
It is your responsibility to tell us of any injuries and medical conditions you have that could affect your treatment before you have your treatment
